The Rolex Explorer II 216570 is all Rolex soul. Believe it or not, Rolex did not make its bones in the world as a fancy-pants maison de houte horologie. Rolex built a tough watch that kept excellent time, and looked good doing it. A tool that you could use as such. The Explorer II line of watches keeps more of that soul than any other timepiece in their modern collection.
At 42 mm, it sits squarely in the "tool watch" sweet spot, but its thin profile and elegant dial ensure that it slides under a cuff without problem. The orange GMT hand keeps a second time zone, and recalls the design heritage of the original "Steve McQueen" Explorer. With 100m water resistance, this watch has all you'll ever need. The design of this watch is such that it looks better with the dings and dents of time, like broken-in leather.
This example is in has some light marks on the bezel and is in overall good condition as shown and comes with the Rolex box.
